ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

In order to be eligible for having your name engraved onto the Memorial, you or the person you sponsor must have served as either SGU soldiers, teachers, Nurses or civilian officers during the US secret war in Laos from 1961-1975.
The application fee of $100 is waived for all Lao, Hmong & American SGU soldiers Killed In Action (K.I.A) during the US secret war in Laos.
For all other eligible applicants, please attach a one time application of $100 to your application.
